Solución de educación regional

La educación básica es el pilar del nivel cultural general de un país. Si los cimientos de la educación básica no son sólidos, el nivel de la educación superior y del aprendizaje de oficios es difícil de mejorar, lo que perjudica la calidad nacional en su totalidad. Así, los gobiernos han lanzado planes de desarrollo educativo donde se establece el incremento de las inversiones en educación y la construcción de una plataforma educativa moderna con el objetivo de mejorar la calidad de los instructores y del aprendizaje, así como lograr la modernización de la educación. Los problemas padecidos en la actualidad por la educación básica se centran en la distribución desequilibrada de los recursos, un bajo grado de información y, además, ineficacia.

Basic education is the cornerstone of a country's overall level of education. Architecture

Cloud data centers provide education-cloud applications for high schools, junior high schools and elementary schools through the unified access portal. Teachers, students, parents or school administrators can access the corresponding applications based on their rights, after logging on the unified portal.


The entire platform is partitioned off regions, covering all schools under education authorities. But in the actual deployment, the information platform, database and server groups are only needed to be deployed in the education authorities' equipment rooms, then subordinate units and schools through web login mode access directly the platform of top education departments to deal with their own affairs. Thus, various schools and education authorities at all levels not only achieve education informatization, but also effectively solve data interoperability problems. Education authorities can browse anytime, anywhere, monitoring and statistical data of subordinate units and schools, and make the appropriate decision-making and guidance.


Without the need to build information system, each school can access directly applications in data center through internet browser. Although the information system is unified deployment, schools are isolated from each other, as accessing to their private systems.


Business system consists of the following six parts, basic resource sharing platform, educational administration platform, teaching management platform, teaching and research management platform, C-Learning and unified access portal.


  • Basic resource sharing platform - basic platform is the public operating environment for other systems, and provide bottom and integrated services.
  • Educational administration platform - help the regional education authorities and schools make better school rolls management.
  • Teaching management platform - provide features such as cloud multimedia teaching, cloud labs and school internet.
  • Teaching and research management platform - support scientific research and development project based on large-scale computing based on hardware and software resources in the field of education.
  • C-Learning - provide class content review after class, which is a useful supplement for curricular learning, and is useful to expand students' horizons, cultivate students' sentiments.
  • Unified access portal - provide the unified entrance of school sub-business system for internal and external personnel to access.

Through the construction of regional education cloud system, excellent educational resources can be distributed to needy areas, which will not only greatly reduce the construction costs and operating costs of education informationization in the region, but also significantly promote the popularization and application of advanced information technology in backward areas. And then excellent educational resources are pushed to the backward areas, to achieve equitable education.
