El EP650, dispositivo de mano desarrollado de forma independiente por Huawei, es un terminal troncal de banda ancha con poderosas funciones aplicables a las redes troncales profesionales. Soporta llamadas privadas, llamadas grupales, servicios de mensajes de texto (SMS), servicios de mensajes multimedia (MMS), acceso de datos por banda ancha, servicios de envío de videos y concurrencia de múltiples servicios.
