eSpace SoftConsole is the soft console client based on IP interaction technologies in Huawei eSpace UC solution. It meets the basic requirements of agent service of enterprises, helping create the customer service portal, and enhance enterprises’ external image.
- Basic call: answer, reject, start and end a call, automatic answer a call, and call transfer (blind/consultant)
- Agent features: incoming call queuing, automatic call distribution (ACD), and night service.
- Corporate directory: fuzzy query, multi-key query, and user status query
