Having been responsible for the implementation of the German “Deutsche Bahn” GSM-R Network as head engineer at Nortel Networks in 1998, he was also the chief engineer for four years at Network Rail UK GSM-R network, where he particularly worked on the “Hazard and Threats” Safety assessement.   Rabii’s experience also spans across French and Belgian telecom operators specializing in managed services. Rabii holds a Masters degree in  telecommunications from the French university of Lille and project management certification and is currently preparing a MBA.
