CSP Evaluation Requirements


The satisfaction of end customers is an important indicator of the service quality provided by certified service providers (CSPs). Both CSPs and Huawei aim at improving customer satisfaction.



  • Customer satisfaction calculation method
  • Huawei conducts at least five times of customer satisfaction survey on the customers of the partner within six months after the partner has passed the certification. The percentage of positive feedback (of four points or above) in the survey results is the customer satisfaction rate of the partner
  • Point deduction items of customer satisfaction
