Business Intelligent Report

Statistic report is essential for contact center operation. Administrator can know contact center operation data and operation quality. Huawei provides BIR report tool, and abundant basic report. System also open data dictionary which can be used by 3rd party report tool.

Abundant basic report

Huawei provides 32 basic reports, including trunk report, VDN report, IVR report, skill queue report, and agent report.

BIR Report Tool

Supervisors can general report manually. Report can be exported as Excel, PDF, or CSV. If supervisor thinks the report data is too many, supervisor can configure a filter to hide some data.

Schedule Report

Supervisor can use BIR report tool to create schedule report. Supervisor can define report template, generation time, and report format. Report will be created regularly and sent to supervisor’s email box.

Create Customization report

If supervisor thinks 32 basic reports cannot meet customer requirements. Supervisor can create a customization report. This customization is very simple. Supervisor just needs to select which data he wants to see, report type() and report layout(Table, Graph)
